Purpose
In India, The school/college drop-outs are not getting exposed to the skills which are required in market, tending towards incompatibility to the current job market resulting job less ness.
Demand
Our survey says, a median of 50% of drop-outs are looking out for jobs in market, there by the poverty levels in the minority communities are increasing day by day and they are not in a position to beat the rising prices(inflation rate) in the market.
Strategy
To reform the situation, we have come up with a support plan.
Our Experts train the students in English Language so that we can overcome the language barrier, which is one of the major factors in the job market. After their eligibility in communication, we expose them to Technical skill training, based on his/her own interest and market demand. We ourselves train them for the exam conducted by the government to get the govt. recognized skill certificate which is valid all over India. Finally, we assist for opportunities in either public or private sector as per the market need.
All our trainings & services to the students are voluntary & free of cost
(we don’t charge students/institutions).
